A major international project based on the Unesco appeal to salvage monuments of Egyptian Nubia before the rising waters of Lake Nasser submerged them forever.

More than 60 expeditions ultimately joined the “Nubian Rescue Campaign” which resulted in the excavation and recording of hundreds of sites and many thousands of priceless objects.

The museum is some 7000sq/m of exhibition space set in 50,000sq/m of grounds.  Our team created and displayed the museum interiors.
