WANTED! Senior Special Projects Estimator
The successful candidate requires:
Experience of quantity surveying practices.
Knowledge of special projects fit out in museums, visitor attractions, themed environments and technical display.
Comprehensive understanding of estimating joinery and interior packages, exhibition works and in preparing sub-contract pricing packages for specialist trades.
Experience also in working for creative or interior design teams an advantage.
Understanding and experience of heritage works and building trades also a plus.
You will be able to work as part of a team based in Nuneaton with the need to interface with other parts of the group based in Harlow and Halifax, reporting to the director in charge.
Package commensurate with experience.
