Joinery & Heritage

The ID Ess Cultural Development main joinery workshops are based in Harlow in Essex.

With over a hundred skilled craftsmen and a fully automated CNC workshop, we are specifically geared to create specialist high quality joinery projects in quick turnaround timescales.

Additionally, we also take great pride in retaining traditional cabinet making and setting out skills within the carpentry workforce.

Heritage expertise includes joinery, bespoke installation to a grade 1 national monument at Warwick Castle.

These works included the manufacture of solid oak cork lined doors and frames fitted into the existing castle apertures. The construction of oak floors and the recreation of covered high level walkways and cloisters with traditionally cut cedar tiles.

An example of using quality craftsmanship to create a cultural experience.
